In case of missing or damaged parcels
1. Inform the delivery driver and accept the delivery despite the missing or damaged parcel(s).
2. Sign the delivery note stating: “with reservations, partial delivery: X parcels received out of Y” or “with reservations, X damaged parcels”, specifying the issue (damaged packaging / opened package).
3. Log in to your account, go to the “My orders” section, and report the issue within 72 hours using the dedicated button. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution. After this period, we consider that various issues may occur on a worksite, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage to an item.
